THE FIRST STEP IN A HOLISTIC WELLNESS PROGRAM IS TO GET CLEAN.
Your body should detox itself naturally everyday through the organs of elimination (lungs, skin, kidneys, colon, lymphatic system, and the chemical processor—the liver). True, we are inundated with chemicals in our food and environment. To prevent them entirely, we’d have to live in a bubble. A better approach is not only to avoid them as best you can, but to keep your eliminative organs in top shape so they can to their job of protecting the body.
I help you through my health management program identify the areas of your life that need cleaning (detoxing). For many, it is the gut microbiome, the skin, the lungs, and/or the liver. The biofeedback scan (part of the program) gives us a clear picture on what your internal health looks like. It will reveal if you need to cleanse your body of heavy metals, parasites, candida, fungus/mold, along with diet stressors and environment stressors. Your personalized protocol will be focused on what will work best for you so you can manage your health.
